I lived here for a for a few months in 2020 until June of 2021 and while it’s not perfect it’s a great price for the area and so close to anything you would want to do. To top it off the staff where great when you needed them and left you alone when you didn’t. To top it off there aren’t many dull moments with the characters that live there. I’d totally stay there again. Thanks guys to a great year in the Vail valley.
Best low cost place if you have pets and need time to look for an other place to live, staff is very friendly. A long with a great dinner connected
Friendly staff, quiet and clean right in the heart of minturn. 5-10 mins from both vail and beaver creek. And Great fishing, biking, hiking and skiing right out your door.
The big sell on this place is the month to month leasing for anyone working out in the valley for a season or two. The staff here is super helpful and always respond on time. The rooms are a nice little place for yourself and are very affordable in today's world. The town of Minturn has some of the best food I've ever had. I've stayed here for over a year and enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
Ryan and Nick are awesome! Super helpful and responsive. The space is small, for sure, but it’s awesome to have your own space in the valley at an economical rate. It’s definitely changed a lot since these guys took over for the better. It’s quiet, everyone is friendly, they’re always working on improving the place and it shows. Parking, laundry on site, all utilities and internet included, pet friendly, tv, refrigerator, microwave, etc.
People were very cool,i wouldn't hesitate to go there plus you can ski the minturn mile and be home
The owner Ryan is a super nice guy! The tenants there are like a big family. Alot of friendly smiles and door holding for one another.. I actually just moved out today after 3 months and I will honestly miss my little nook!
Great value & location. Super guest services with mostly good neighbors. Carpeting is a work in process. Windows have been upgraded!
